Chaired by OECD Secretary-General, Angel Gurría, confirmed speakers include:

The OECD has been working with representatives from developing countries to prepare the Green Growth and Developing Countries report. It proposes elements of a practical policy framework that will help developing countries make the transition to green growth.
The consultation draft of the Green Growth and Developing Countries report is now available, and a Policy Summary presents the key findings.
