Accommodation levels in Rio de Janeiro are anticipated to be at full occupancy during the conference. While it is not the responsibility of the United Nations to procure accommodation for the media, it should be noted that the Brazilian national organizing committee for Rio+20 has committed to blocking a minimum of 500 hotel rooms in Rio de Janeiro for media covering the conference. Schedule of informal-informal Negotiations on the Outcome Document
The Bureau of the UNCSD preparatory process met on 22 December 2011 and agreed on the following schedule for "informal-informal" negotiations on the outcome document.

(a). 25-27 Jan 2012: Initial discussions on the zero draft of the outcome document

(b). 19-23 Mar 2012: First round of "informal-informal" negotiations

(c). 26-27 Mar 2012: Third intersessional meeting
