National Development Plan

The Mexican 2007-2012 National Development Plan strengthens sustainability criteria in the government's procurement policy.

The Mexican National Development Plan 2007-2012 is primarily based on the notion of Human Sustainable Development in order to achieve a Competitive Economy, Equity of Opportunities, Environmental Sustainability, Security, Democracy and Responsible International Relations.
