The Latin American and Caribbean Ministerial Environment Forum preparatory meeting for the UN Conference on Sustainable Development, Rio+20, will be held in Quito Ecuador from 2-3 February, 2012, with a previous high level expert meeting on 31 January to 1 February 2012.
